Registered Nurse (RN) | Psych Location: Towson, MD Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,294 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Float Pool Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Behavioral Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, with at least 6 months to 1 year in a Psych/Behavioral health setting. License: Permanent RN license required. Certifications: BCLS required. Must-Have: Solid clinical judgment, assessment, delegation, and leadership qualities. Description: Float pool nurses must have a minimum of 2 years nursing experience. Candidates should have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Psych/Behavioral health setting. Float nurses will work on various inpatient units that include children, adolescents, and adults. They are responsible for providing high-quality nursing care across all age groups. Candidates will be expected to float between units according to facility needs. Previous charge experience is preferred. Strong assessment and delegation skills are essential for this role. Drug screening will be required, and candidates must pass on the first try. This facility does not accept medical marijuana cards and will disqualify candidates who test positive for marijuana. RTO must be submitted with the initial application. Candidates must adhere to strict compliance regulations regarding employment eligibility.
