Using a range of therapies and treatments, you will devise and implement personalized rehabilitation plans aimed at achieving optimum functionality for each patient. Evaluate patients' conditions and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans. Help patients improve their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments. Assist in the use of adaptive equipment and guide family members and caregivers in caring for the patient. Maintain patient records and document patient progress. Collaborate with other medical professionals to tailor treatment plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Extensive knowledge of therapy techniques and tools. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Occupational Therapist license. NBCOT certification preferred.
