Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in York, Pennsylvania,

ability to manage complex patient care - Ability to float to
different units as needed Description: A qualified candidate will
be required to manage a diverse patient population. SCHEDULE
REQUIREMENTS: The shift will be 18:45-07:15, with weekends and
holidays as needed. Candidates will undergo a clinical review to
determine fit. If selected, candidates will be interviewed by the
manager. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of nursing
experience. First-time travelers are accepted. Certifications
required include NIHSS and BLS. Candidates must adhere to the
maximum allowable RTO of 7 days. Weekend coverage is required every
other week. Floating to the rehab unit may be requested when
needed. Candidates could care for COVID patients. This is a tobacco
and fragrance-free facility. The unit has a primary focus on
pulmonary conditions, including COPD, pneumonia, and other
respiratory-related illnesses. Special equipment and
interdisciplinary support teams will be in place to assist with
patient care. Total bed capacity is 56, but the intermediate care
unit has 12 beds. The staff-to-patient ratio is 3:1. Patients may
present with conditions such as sepsis, heart failure, and
respiratory distress. Candidates must be prepared for a mixed
acuity environment. All candidates must pass a clinical screen to
be considered. Emergency situations may involve rapid response
teams and require acute care management skills. Patients may
require advanced interventions including high-flow oxygen and renal
