Job Description Job Description Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Location: Bethesda, MD Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year Summary In this role, you’ll help patients practice the skills that matter outside the clinic dressing, grooming, functional movement, hand use, and daily routines. You’ll work under the supervision of an OT, keep documentation clean and timely, and help patients move toward realistic, functional goals. Responsibilities Run individual therapy sessions aligned with OT goals and care plans Support patients with functional tasks, adaptive strategies, and safety awareness Take and record measurements (strength, ROM, coordination, functional performance) Provide clear feedback to the OT on patient progress and barriers Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance standards Assist with equipment setup, clinic flow, and treatment area readiness Requirements Associate degree from an accredited OTA program Active COTA license in Maryland NBCOT certification in good standing Comfortable working with different patient needs and pacing Reliable attendance and professional communication Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you’re ready for a role with consistent weekday hours, share your resume and we’ll walk you through the next steps.
