Summary: To facilitate collaboration of care and superior treatment
outcomes for our young learners, we currently have an opening for
an Occupational Therapist (OT) . Our center-based program delivers
intensive early intervention for young children with autism. Each
child receives 1-on-1 ABA therapy delivered by a technician and
overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the
day. Most of our learners require Occupational Therapy in addition
to ABA and Speech Therapy. We are looking for an energetic,
motivated individual to provide high quality Occupational Therapy,
collaborate with our clinicians on case management, and help our
learners maximize their potential. Ally Behavior is a dynamic, fun,

training approach will support and prepare you to provide the best
possible therapy to our clients! Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Carry a client caseload of up to 23 clients Complete parent
training with each client on their caseload once per quarter
Complete a parent training following an evaluation or reevaluation
within one month. Meet the billable hour expectations of 40
thirty-minute sessions (20 billable hours) per week Collaborate
with Speech Language Pathologists and Board Certified Behavior
Analysts to coordinate the therapy of shared clients Attend team
meetings as scheduled Maintain strict client confidentiality
following HIPAA protocol Maintain open communication with families
and clinical teams to ensure the most effective treatment and goals
Due to the nature of working with young children, all clinical
staff are required to change diapers, assist with toileting, and be
able to physically work on the floor with children Experiential &
Certification Requirements: Master's or Doctorate Degree in
Occupational Therapy required Current and active Occupational
Therapy licensure in the state(s) of hire Current certification by
the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
(NBCOT) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Experience
with early intervention and working with children with autism
Ability to be on-site from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday
required Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Must
submit to a federal, state, and county background check Physical
Requirements: Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, squat, run
or stand for extended periods of time Ability to reach and hold
