LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN House Supervisor for a travel nursing job in St hood river, Oregon. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: House Supervisor - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, nights - Employment Type: Travel TRAVEL EXP ED or ICU Exp RN House Sup - Req 9697 Will position float between units: yes per unit needs Is on-call required? No Are weekends required? Yes days and/or nights- variable with weekdays Are block schedules required? No What are expected ratios? no ratios Special requirements: ED or ICU experience. Needs BLS, ACLS. PALS highly desired. Possibly accept candidate without PALS but would not be ideal candidate without this. Are 48 hours approved: No PLEASE NOTE- Must have a vehicle for this assignment! Facilities: Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent *Note for Seaside floating only – If your traveler is booked to a non-Seaside facility and asked to float to Seaside, they will receive $5/hr incentive for hours worked at Seaside in addition to IRS Mileage reimbursement. If floating consecutive shifts, they will be additionally offered a hotel. Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside.
