Job Description Job Description Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant opportunity in Frederick, MD (Nights Only) Excellent opportunity to join a resilient team of 22 physicians and 10 APPs who work closely with other hospital staff and departments to bring our patients the best possible quality of care. Key Responsibilities: The observation unit is very fast-paced, and we are looking for individuals who can handle an ever-changing environment. Our hospitalist team is pivotal in the rapid response team, and the intensivist team manages codes. All team members are certified in basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support. There are no procedural requirements. We work in Meditech Expand, a web-based system with access to our internal informatics platform. We are entertaining candidates looking for full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts. Flexible Scheduling: Shifts for the night position in observation is scheduled from 7 pm to 7 am for admissions, rounding, and discharges. Compensation: Nocturnist shift – $150,000 to $165,000 yearly, plus incentives. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance.
