This individual ensures CARF/COMAR compliance, supervises prescribing providers, and upholds medical integrity system-wide. Key Responsibilities: Provide psychiatric oversight to NPs and other prescribing clinicians Lead monthly case reviews and chart audits Implement quality and risk management protocols Maintain collaboration/supervision per Maryland law Lead clinical compliance during audits or site visits Requirements: MD or DO, board-certified in Psychiatry Active Maryland license 5 years clinical experience (outpatient preferred) Experience supervising mid-level providers This role is ideal for a dedicated professional looking to make a significant impact on healthcare delivery while leading a dynamic team.
