One provider requested. Outpatient Seeking one full time provider to help establish a new clinic. Provider will be seeing all new patients at the start with more follow up visits as contract continues. Must be comfortable working in a new clinic and helping to establish care within this community. Scheduled Clinical Hours Beeper Call Shift: FT, Mon. - Fri. 8a-5p Call: 1 in 6 weekend 24 hr. Beeper Call OT will apply after 40 hours per week. Call Response: 20 min. To cover phone consults. 100% Adults; 85% Office/Clinic, 15% Hospital 75% Oncology, 25% Hematology PPS: 10-14 6 Bed Dept. Trauma Level 2 Facility Group: 2 Physicians Locum to supervise APPs. Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 MA, 1 PA/NP, 3 Office Staff Hospital Stroke Certified EMR: EPIC Expenses covered, weekly pay and Occurrence Form Malpractice insurance provided.
