Job Description:
Full-Time or Part-Time Dental Hygienist Position – Easy-Going,
Hard-Working Team in Chantilly! Location: Gum Springs Dental Care,
Chantilly, VA Schedule: Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 7:00 AM
– 4:00 PM Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Arrive 15 minutes prior for team huddle)
We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our easy-going,
hard-working, and results-oriented team. This is a full-time
position, but we are open to part-time candidates (minimum 3 days
per week). New graduates are welcome! As an elite clinical provider

to our patients. Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist
license in Virginia and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in
dental hygiene (where required) Excellent working knowledge of
dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and
medical history documentation CPR Certification Preferred
Experience New graduates and seasoned hygienists are both welcome!
Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital
x-rays and electronic medical record systems Desire to continue
learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and
provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’
dental health Clinical needs as required by office Physical
Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed
necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without
reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to

duties of the position Prolonged periods sitting and standing Must
be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times Availability to
attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically

office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office
roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test
