Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,880 - $2,020 Registered Nurse
Qualifications Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN)
license in Virginia or compact state At least 1 year of recent
experience as a Telemetry RN or Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse
BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred) Strong
proficiency in telemetry interpretation and clinical assessment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills Telemetry RN
Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to individuals with
diagnoses such as chest pain, COPD, falls, orthostatic hypotension,
post-op lap chole/appendectomy, joint surgeries, pneumonia, and GI
bleeds Administer and monitor heparin drips as part of clinical
support duties Interpret telemetry strips and respond promptly to
changes in patient condition Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of
1:6 for optimal patient care Collaborate with physicians and
interdisciplinary healthcare team members Accurately document
assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health
record Promote a safe, supportive, and patient-centered environment
