Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse –
Washington Start Date: February 9, 2026 Location: Washington,
District of Columbia Compensation: Details provided to qualified
applicants Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, day shift
Highlights: Fast-paced emergency department managing diverse
patient populations including urgent care, psychiatric, pediatric,
and critical care/trauma patients Opportunity to work in the trauma
room as bedside trauma RN with 1:5 patient ratios Utilize critical
care skills including medication titrations, arterial line
management, mass transfusion protocols, and chest tube care Cerner
EMR system in use Focus on delivering high-quality, safe patient
care while promoting positive patient experiences Must reside at
least 50 miles from facility location Requirements: Current
Registered Nurse license in state/district of practice Graduate of
an accredited or NLN-approved RN program Minimum 3 years of
Emergency Department experience Current certifications: NIHSS,
TNCC, BLS, PALS, and ACLS Cerner EMR experience required BSN degree
highly preferred Willingness and ability to work in trauma room and
