Job Title: NICU RN Profession: RN Specialty: NICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Must-Have: - 2 years of experience in Level III NICU or greater - Experience managing patients 22 weeks gestation - Proficiency in high-frequency ventilators, conventional ventilators, CPAP/SiPAP - Skills in sterile central line management - Ability to respond to neonatal emergencies and high-risk deliveries Description: Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patients' discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Labor Day and weekend shifts may be required as needed. Position will be primarily night shift with the ability to rotate to day shift as needed.
