Job Description:

The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.
Demonstrates awareness of all relevant aspects of patient situations and makes appropriate assignments or delegations to care team members.
Provides comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process-----"assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation-----"aligned with ANA standards.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, providing education to patients and families.
Administers medications and treatments per protocols, monitors for side effects and effectiveness, and documents all care activities.
Qualifications include a BSN preferred, at least 1 year of related experience, BLS, RN license, and ACLS within 6 months; additional certifications like NIHSS, EKG, TNCC, ENPC, or PALS required based on unit.
Full-time position with responsibilities spanning ICU, trauma, cardiac, and specialty units.
