  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a wide range of physical conditions.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, lifestyle modifications, and injury prevention.
  • Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.Qualifications:
    • Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in [State].
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Passion for helping patients improve their quality of life.
    • Experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not required.
