MennoHaven is seeking and RN Supervisor tojoin our family! Our RN's help to ensure the daily clinical aspect of thenursing department is functioning to meet the needs of residents and teammembers. Additionally, RN's administer and provide medications/treatments asordered, perform resident assessments and use critical thinking skills. Thisrole will direct and supervise the licensed nurses and nursing assistants on anassigned shift.

We are offering a sign on bonus for the following shifts:

$8000.00 for full-time and part-time day shift

$12000.00 for full-time and part-time night shift

Qualifications:

• Must have an active, RN license in PA
• Current CPR certified, required
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, highly desirable
• Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude
• Must be a self-starter, able to work on a team and alone Benefits(dependent on eligibility):

  • 403(b) Retirement Plan Shift:
    • Night Shift- 6pm-4a; every 3rd weekend
