Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Residential construction experience
• Understanding of estimating, client management, quality control, scheduling & working with the field superintendent
• Experience with managing high-end net-worth clients- must have good customer/vendor interactions & good communication skills
• Excel/Microsoft, BuilderTrend experiene (not required)
• 70% in field 30% in office, some business development, project planning, project management, overseeing site superintendent
• Profit sharing, medical, 401k, bonus
