General Manager - Waste Management industry

Salary $140,000 - $160,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation to Eastern USA

Are you a strong leader with an entrepreneurial spirit? This role is for multi-site waste management client who is looking for a leader with strong cross-functional leadership experience! We are seeking a dedicated General Manager who can champion and execute a plan and progress forward towards improving culture and employment engagement. You'll be the person who implements and executes the company's strategic operating plans and ensure that the management team has working knowledge of all goals and quality processes. You'll interact with sales and distribution groups as well.

As the General Manager, you'll manage a team potentially comprised of following district, division-level managers, & supervisors' of the Operations, Fleet Management, Sales, and Safety departments. You'll handle all of P&L for each site & goals are to achieve all budget and performance targets.

Ideally, we are looking for managers with waste management experience, bachelor's degree.
