Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to support the
corporate ISSM with operations and management (O&M) of the
information system security officer (ISSO) team across multiple
Intel, DoD, and Federal/Civilian sectors in support of risk
management framework (RMF).This is a multi-tasking environment that
demands customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
A successful candidate will have the willingness to develop the
ISSO staff to help meet ManTech's missions. Must be a subject
matter expert (SME) with the understanding and experience in
creation and management of cyber/information assurance
programsResponsibilities but not limited to:+ Responsible for
ensuring all information system security directives, policies,
standards, and controls are enforced.+ Assist with creation,
writing, periodic review and updates, and enforcement of ManTech
System Security Plans (SSPs), Contingency Plans (CP), Incident
Response Plans (IRP), Configuration Management Plans (CMP),
Appendices, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and building Body
of Evidence (BOE) required to obtain and maintain Authorizations to
Operate (ATOs).+ Support and mentor the ISSO team through the
completion of the RMF process. Track IATT and ATO statuses; assist
with and track completion of information security continuous
monitoring (ISCM).+ Review and consolidate the ISSOs weekly
activity reports (WARs).+ Participate in completion of government
established industry self-inspection and assessments; assessment &
authorization (A&A), other audits as required.+ Develops
strategies to comply with privacy and risk management. Provides
information assurance support for the development and
implementation of security architectures to meet new and evolving
security requirements. Evaluates, develops, and enhances security
requirements, policy, and tools. Performs vulnerability assessments
including development of risk mitigation strategies.+ Must have
experience in writing documentation and implementing requirements
and security controls found in OMB, FIPS, NIST, DAAPM, JSIG, and
ICD (i.e., circulars, memos, directives, manuals, instructions, and
guides).Education and Experience:+ Associates degree or higher+ 7+
years minimum of related ISSO experience or 4+ years ISSM
experience P+ Possess DoD IA Workforce Certification for IAM III
(Preferably ISC2/CISSP)Security Clearance Requirements:+ Current
TS/SCI clearance with CI PolyPhysical Requirements:+ Must be able
to remain in a stationary position 50%+ Needs to occasionally move
about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery,
etc.+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity
machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer+
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers,
which may involve delivering presentations+ Must be able to
exchange accurate information in these situationFor all positions
requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject
to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent
on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary

by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
