SITE DIRECTOR II: Before and After School Program Site
Director$350.00 HIRING BONUS ONLY FOR CANDIDATES PLACED IN
LOCATIONS OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS IN HAYMARKET, VA, GAINESVILLE VA,
BRISTOW, AND MANASSAS$20.00 HourlyHere's what you'll need:
Must have a minimum of a CDA OR 12
credit hours dedicated towards Early Childhood out of 48 credit
hoursOR A Degree in a field related to Early Childhood or
MedicineMust be at least 21 years oldAbility to work a flexible
schedule to meet program staffing needsMust be able to successfully
complete a background check as required by state childcare
licensing regulationsProvide proof of experience as required by
state childcare licensing standardsAlphaBEST: After school is where

Locations: Gravely Elementary School(Haymarket) Haymarket
Elementary School- Tyler Elementary(Gainesville) Buckland
Mills(Gainesville) Piney Branch(Bristow) Sudley (Manassas) and
Yorkshire(ManassasSchedule: Before School hours are roughly
6:00-9:00 AM and After School hours are roughly 3:00-6:30 PM.Pay &

Lead a fun and dedicated team of
Group Leaders and Group Leader Assistants that deliver excitement
to our student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and
more!Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to
manage all aspects of the program site.Train AlphaBEST Group
Leaders and Group Leader Assistants on how to lead adventurous
tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder.Encourage creativity
and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on
students' interests and talents.Provide a caring, family-oriented
environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school
relationships are fostered at your program site.
