Digital Marketing Manager

Learning Tree International is hiring for our digital marketing team. In this role, you will help shape and implement digital strategies, while analyzing data that provides clues on how to drive growth, giving feedback to internal stakeholders on how to grow key metrics while improving support for the user journey.

You will work with a talented team in an open and collaborative environment to identify trends, launch and grow new digital channels and bring concepts to life.

Day to day consists of:
Work with content, design, and internal stakeholders to launch and optimize digital channels to support product strategy and grow key metrics.
Grow leads and support the user journey through nurturing and automation tools such as Hubspot.
Identify and leverage findings to improve performance between SEM and SEO channels to improve traffic and conversion.
Use analytics to gain insights to support a feedback loop that identifies internal/external trends and optimizes performance.
Support and collaborate with social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) efforts and execution to aid broader marketing campaigns that increase thought leadership, awareness, and engagement.
Support Marketing Department in the development of communication initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve performance by proposing new ideas, tactics, content, and strategies that support business objectives.

Marketing Department

We are a full-service team that plays a key role in supporting organizational growth and implementing customer initiatives.

Key Competencies:
4-6 years of digital marketing experience.
Excellent project management skills and ability to set priorities and operate effectively in a fluid environment.
Detail oriented with the ability to self-manage and meet timelines.
Experience in implementing and optimizing digital channels (Google, Programmatic, Re-targeting, etc.).
Hands-on background in Google Analytics and HubSpot.
Experience developing and implementing strategies to rank for SEO traffic (technical and content).
Strong comfort level in analyzing data - highlighting insights to improve both tactical and strategic performance.
Technical Skills: HTML, MS Office (emphasis on Excel and SharePoint), and Content Management System Tools.
Virtual collaboration tools, such as Teams, as we are hybrid work environment.
Bachelor's degree or professional experience equivalent required.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to draft and edit.
