This includes leading a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, consistently modeling guest service behaviors, recruiting, development and retention of talent, loss prevention, expense control, training and coaching, and center cleanliness.A Day in the Life

    • Minimum of 2 -years' experience in a multi service or specialty store environment.
    • Management or leadership experience in a professional setting required. - -
    • Desire to be a passionate EWC Brand Culture Warrior and drive team development.
