What You Will Do:
The Director, VPE and VRE Revenue Cycle, is the operational leader
of Valley Health's ambulatory/physician Central Billing Office
(CBO) for two Valley Health subsidiaries: Valley Physician
Enterprises (VPE) and Valley Regional Enterprises (VRE). The
Director will be responsible for Revenue Cycle Management
operations and leadership of the CBO team, which is responsible for
the billing and collections of the VPE & VRE revenue and accounts
receivable management, coordination with ambulatory practice
management and administrative leadership, coordination with IT
support for the EPIC EHR and other practice management software,
participation in planning and onboarding of new business
operations, including acquisition and integration of new providers,
practices, and business lines, development and reporting of
standard RCM KPI, as well as goal setting and mentoring of CBO
staff and leadership.

Bachelor's degree required. MBA or MHA preferred.
7+ years of directly related experience with at least 5 years in a
leadership role in physician revenue cycle management. Epic
experience highly desirable.
Certification & Licensures
Epic Certifications in PB and/or HB preferred
