Job Description Job Description Title: Head of Water/Wastewater
Location: Lititz, PA (preferred, but may consider elsewhere in the
Mid Atlantic Region) Summary: Senior Leadership role overseeing all
aspects of water and wastewater projects and teams, ensuring
compliance with environmental regulations, and driving innovation.
You will oversee W-WW team across multiple offices, Mentor and
manage the overall direction of the W-WW team and lift and guide
the next level of leaders within the team. Our Client is a full
service, multi-discipline engineering, environmental, information
technology, and management consulting firm with strength in W-WW.
They primarily serve the mid-Atlantic region from six strategically

consideration. Responsibilities: Leadership: Lead and manage a team
of engineers and technicians. Project Oversight: Oversee planning,
execution, and completion of projects. Technical Expertise: Provide
guidance on complex issues. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure
compliance with regulations. Innovation: Drive innovation in
treatment processes and technologies. Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with government agencies, clients, and other
stakeholders. Budget Management: Develop and manage the division’s
budget. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Civil/Environmental Engineering required Minimum of 15 years of
experience PE licensure (mandatory) Well versed in a combination of
water distribution and treatment systems, stormwater or stormwater
management, wastewater collection/conveyance, and /or treatment
design Knowledgeable in water and sewer modeling software as well
as AutoCAD 3D technical skills, and experience with public and
private clients. Experience in managing large-scale projects,
leading a design team, and mentoring less-experienced team members
