Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person Pay Range $24.00 $38.00 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and system specialization Top-end pay reserved for senior techs with strong diagnostics, inverter/heat pump experience, and clean customer-facing skills Overtime and on-call premiums apply Commission and performance bonuses available Position Overview Siegman Forced Air Systems is seeking skilled HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing residential and light commercial service team. This role focuses on service, diagnostics, maintenance, and installation support for high-quality HVAC systems, with an emphasis on Trane and Mitsubishi equipment. We value technicians who are technically strong, customer-focused, and comfortable using modern field technology. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and repair HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues Work with Trane, Mitsubishi (ducted & ductless), and comparable systems Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer documentation Complete work orders, notes, and photos using mobile field software Provide professional, customer-first service during every call Safely operate a company vehicle and maintain tools and equipment Participate in on-call rotation and overtime as needed Collaborate with dispatch, install teams, and leadership to improve service quality Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years HVAC field experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Working knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components Ability to braze and work with copper piping Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and service software Valid drivers license with a clean driving record Ability to commute to Hanover, PA Preferred Qualifications EPA Section 608 (Type II or Universal) Experience with Trane and/or Mitsubishi systems Prior residential service experience Van or box truck driving experience Technical school or associate degree (a plus, not required) Benefits & Perks Company vehicle fuel card 401(k) with company matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off and holidays Paid training and professional development Performance bonuses and commission opportunities Stable MondayFriday schedule with overtime and on-call pay Schedule MondayFriday 8-hour shifts Overtime available About Us Siegman Forced Air Systems, Inc. is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business committed to craftsmanship, integrity, and developing great technicians.
