Provide comprehensive day-to-day oversight for design, development and testing for AEC based applications.Ensure department objectives are met in operational stability, efficiency, asset management, change control, performance management, metric development, security, and integrity of systems. Provides platform related expert-level applications/programming expertise for large, complex internal development projects.Responsibilities--- Provide comprehensive day-to-day operational support to manage the AEC platform.--- Lead tasks including planning and execution for complex projects and programs related to AEC Platform effort.--- Analyze, define, and document technical design for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating systems environment, interface with other systems, internal and external controls and output in to support the Platform and applications that are hosted on the AEC Platform.--- Oversee and coordinate recovery operations in the event of operational failure and manage the AEC based applications.--- Recommend, develop, and maintain complete and accurate documentation for supported environments.--- Act as a Deployment Manager to support the AEM as a Cloud Service operational model and to provide necessary support to various Product aligned development teams.--- Lead and coordinate availability and performance monitoring activities and execution of scheduled maintenance activities on the AEC Platform.--- Provide technical support and troubleshooting issue in all versions for the AEM as a Cloud Service that comes up during the development phase and on the Production instances for various Product team.--- Perform analysis of applications and enhancements for process improvement or re-engineering.--- Coordinate, document and evaluate unit testing for software defects.--- Prepare test data; conduct unit and string testing; debug code and systems components--- Maintain and monitor systems/applications after implementation--- Ensure compliance with NFCU's ISD standards, practices, and processes.--- Initiate and prioritize multiple activities for assigned support area for completion of functions on the AEC Platform.--- Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring technical problems.--- Coordinate integration of solutions with existing applications; identify and resolve existing and potential conflicts to ensure compatibility--- Serve on teams and task groups for projects/initiatives within the business unit and/or across the organization--- Perform engineering technology research, procurement, deployment, and configuration for new and modified systems--- Build and maintain effective relationships with team members, management, key stakeholders, and other Technology Product Owners.--- Ensure clear, concise, and effective communication of material--- Lead, guide and mentor less experienced staff--- Perform other duties as assignedQualifications--- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience--- Advanced knowledge of development and/or operations framework methodologies, including Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), etc.--- Significant experience in Information Technology operations performance, reliability, and availability metrics--- Advanced research, analytical, and problem solving skills--- Working knowledge of banking/financial industry standards and practices--- Must have 5 to 8 years of AEM System/Development experience.--- Must be familiar with all the operational and application specific knowledge of the AEC Platform, Adobe Cloud Manager, and a good understanding of the AEM as a Cloud Services.--- Must be able to learn the constant changes happening in the AEM as a Cloud Services to provide support to various Products teams.--- Must have good experience and understanding of integration of other Adobe products and systems to support Navy Federal's Anchor Platform strategy.--- 3 to 4 years of experience as a Deployment Manager in AEM onPrem/Cloud.--- Familiar with Adobe IO and Cloud technologies to perform the roles and responsibilities more effectively.--- Advanced skill troubleshooting and resolving technical problems--- Advanced skill presenting findings, conclusions, alternatives and information clearly and concisely--- Advanced skill in producing desired results and achieving goals and objectives--- Advanced skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions--- Advanced organizational, planning and time management skills--- Significant experience in working with all levels of staff, management, stakeholders, vendors--- Advanced skill interacting with staff, management, stakeholders and vendors diplomatically and tactfully--- Advanced verbal and written communication skills--- Advanced database, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software skills--- Significant experience in leading, guiding and mentoring othersDesired Qualifications--- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification--- Master's degree in Information Technology--- Advanced knowledge of NFCU's products, services, programs, policies and proceduresHours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PMLocation: 820 Follin Lane, Vienna, VA 22180 - 5550 Heritage Oaks Dr. Pensacola, FL 32526 - 141 Security Dr. Winchester, VA 22602Navy Federal is now hybrid!
