Job Description:

Practical Nurse (GPN) to join our dedicated team. As a GPN, you
will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our patients
across our diverse short-term and long-term care facilities. The
ideal candidate will assist in delivering high-quality nursing
services, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring
patient comfort and well-being. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider. Assist in the
implementation of patient care plans. Monitor and record patient
health conditions. Collaborate with registered nurses and other
healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes. Ensure
adherence to facility policies and healthcare regulations. Maintain
a compassionate and safe environment for all patients. Strong
clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team
environment Proficient in using healthcare software and systems
