Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Seeking compassionate, one on
one support team members for our clients aged 8 and under who
receive IBHS in local, Lancaster County elementary schools. You
will be trained by master's level clinicians on how to support
clients in a variety of locations, and, as a small business, we can
provide you with the right fit of clients for everyone to succeed.
If you like working with children, that's the most important
requirement for our entry level positions. Part-Time school year or
year-round positions 25 - 35 hours per week Offering $18 - $20 per
hour depending on experience & training. Paid training Monday -
Friday Hours typically between 8:45am - 3:45pm Simple IRA offered
to all employees Work-Life balance You have off when the client is
off / their school district is closed No Required Late Afternoons
No Evenings No Weekends These positions are a great opportunity
for: Stay at home parents looking to get back into the workforce
part-time Parents who have children in school and want to be able
to put their kids on the bus/get their kids off the bus each day
and be off from work when their children's schools are closed
College Students (undergrad or grad) who have late afternoon /
evening / asynchronous classes Any other person who is looking for
a part-time, seasonal school year position (year round also
available for those who desire it) Under our PA State License, the
position is called, "Behavioral Health Technician" or "BHT-ABA".

we focus on include redirecting clients to their
teachers/assignments/activities & then helping them learn to stay
on task, helping them develop self-regulation skills, and helping

diploma or equivalence At least 18 years old Ability to reliably
travel to assigned clients across urban, suburban, & rural settings
One (1) year experience working with children Provide three (3)
positive professional references from current or previous
employers, including at least one from a direct supervisor Provide
clear background clearances as required by the PA Dept. of Human
