meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
paraprofessional opportunity is available in Wilmington, DE,
supporting elementary school students during the 2026 calendar
school year. This position offers full-time hours, Monday through
Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., including a 30-minute paid
lunch. Responsibilities: - Provide behavioral support and
assistance in classroom settings - Support students with emotional
and behavioral disabilities (EBD) or young adults aged 18-22 -
Collaborate with educational staff to implement behavior plans -
Maintain accurate records and documentation as required - Follow
all district and state guidelines for paraprofessional roles
Qualifications: - Must have completed a paraprofessional
certification or possess transcripts showing at least 60 college
credit hours (not a high school diploma) - Candidates must attach
proof of certification or transcripts when applying - If applying
as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), candidate must have BCBA
supervision arranged prior to the interview - Willingness to
complete Delaware permit requirements as applicable - Candidates
must agree to pay an $85 fee for CBC fingerprinting Location:
Wilmington, DE (Elementary School Setting) Duration: January 26,
2026 June 11, 2026 This role involves working with one position
supporting students at Mount Pleasant in an EBD program and another
position serving young adults aged 18-22 in a separate setting.
