Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A K-12 school
in Arlington, TX is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist
for a contract position covering a maternity leave. This role is
ideal for an experienced professional passionate about supporting
students' communication development in a school setting. Key
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy
services for students within the K-12 range Develop individualized
education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs Collaborate
with teachers, staff, and families to track progress and adjust
interventions Maintain accurate documentation and comply with
district and state regulations Deliver services primarily onsite
with one day of work from home per week Qualifications: Valid
Speech-Language Pathology certification (SLP-CCC preferred)
Experience working as a school-based SLP Strong knowledge of
speech-language disorders and effective therapeutic techniques
Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize student needs
effectively Excellent communication and teamwork skills Position
Details: Location: Arlington, TX Contract duration: ASAP through
5/29/2026 Work hours: 37.5 hours per week Number of openings: 1
Work settings: Mostly onsite with one day remote work This contract
