Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAdvance Auto Parts is hiring Cooperative Education Associates immediately for shifts in our Distribution centers across the U.S. Our Cooperative Education Associates are a vital part of our warehouse and assist in, but not limited to;pick pack and stage parts, utilize hand-held radio frequency devise (RF scanners), and move boxes throughout the distribution center. This role does not include use of any power industrial equipment.Requirements

• Must be at least 17 years of age
• Must be enrolled in cooperative education program at a secondary vocational or technical school
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
• Basic math strategies: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsPreferred Skills
  • Prior warehouse training or experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills
