Job Description Job Description TEKsystems is supporting a
client actively hiring for customer care specialists for a hybrid
role in Swedesboro, NJ. This position will interact with customers
and process their prescription orders. Applicants with strong
customer service skills and available to work an evening shift,
11:30am-8pm, are encouraged to apply. Description Provide strong
communication and empathy to customers Efficiently navigate systems
to provide service in a timely fashion Ability to critically think
and react to different customer situations Ability to interact with
team members across different departments Maintain a positive and
professional attitude Qualifications Strong customer service and
communication skills Data entry and administration skills Must be
willing to get a NJ pharmacy technician license during the training
period Prior call center experience preferred Additional details
Monday-Friday Hybrid schedule- 3 days remote, 2 days onsite 6 week
on-site training required 1 Saturday/month once the training period
is complete Contract to hire opportunity Full company benefits and
401K Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of
Swedesboro, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is
$18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits
and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
