Trademasters, a leader in providing top-tier HVAC and plumbing solutions, is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our Technical & Maintenance team. This position is crucial for ensuring the operational functionality, safety, and efficiency of HVAC systems for our government and commercial clients. As an HVAC Technician with Trademasters, you will handle installations, inspections, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC units, playing a key role in delivering our commitment to service excellence. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating units. Perform regular preventive maintenance checks on systems to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment, recommending repair or replacement when necessary. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards. Provide detailed service logs and reports after each service call to enhance documentation. Collaborate with our Technical & Maintenance team to improve system performance and develop new service techniques. Educate clients on system management and upkeep to ensure longevity and performance. Participate in emergency service rotation as required. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems including installation, maintenance, and diagnostics. Ability to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. Familiarity with basic electrical systems and safe work practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k EPA Section 608 Certification is mandatory. HVAC Excellence certification or equivalent is a plus. Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
