Job Description:
Shamrock Foods Company, a prestigious family-owned leader in the
food distribution industry since 1922, is currently seeking a
skilled Utility Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering &
Maintenance team. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing
utility systems, including electrical, water, and HVAC units, to
ensure a seamless operation of our distribution facilities. The
ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to diagnose
issues, perform repairs, and maintain equipment in adherence to
safety standards. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of
electrical, water, and HVAC systems. Troubleshoot and repair
mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Maintain accurate
records of inspections, maintenance routines, and repairs. Ensure
compliance with safety codes and regulations. Respond to emergency
maintenance requests promptly. Collaborate with other team members
to improve system performance and implement maintenance best
practices. Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and
HVAC systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and
technical diagrams. Proficient in the use of power tools and
diagnostic equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and
attention to detail. Medical Insurance 401k Dental Insurance Vision

Plumbing maintenance is preferred.
