years of industrial maintenance experience within manufacturing,
bottling, or food/beverage processing Strong mechanical/electrical
troubleshooting across conveyors, palletizers, pumps, etc. Ability
to lead, set direction, and prioritize workloads for a small
maintenance team Basic working knowledge of budget and cost
Plusses: Prior experience in high-speed bottling/packaging lines
(spirits, beverage, CPG, or similar environments) Experience using
a maintenance control system (e.g., CMMS) to track and prioritize
work orders Day-to-Day: Insight Global is hiring a Maintenance Team
Lead who will support daily maintenance operations across the
facility’s process, bottling, and distribution areas. In this role,
this individual will guide the work of two Maintenance Technicians
by reviewing open issues, prioritizing repairs, and coordinating
with production teams to keep equipment running smoothly in a
fast?paced manufacturing environment. Each day, this individual
will plan, track, and close maintenance activities using the
facility’s maintenance control system, ensuring parts and materials
are available while balancing preventive tasks with hands?on
troubleshooting needs. This individual will work with common
industrial equipment such as conveyors, product transfer systems,
case handling machinery, palletizers, and other equipment that
moves, rotates, or supports packaging and distribution. Beyond
daily problem?solving, this individual will help address recurring
equipment issues, maintain clear communication across teams, and
provide basic insight into maintenance?related costs while
escalating larger budget matters to the Maintenance Manager.
Occasional off?shift or Friday support may be required during major
projects, equipment changeovers, or line improvements.
