Responsible for recruitment marketing, employer branding, sourcing and recruitment functions to support talent acquisition and business needs of Homewood. Provides expertise in recruitment marketing and employer brand and formulates strategies to attract talent to all roles within Homewood. Collaborates closely with talent acquisition and business operational leaders to respond to Homewood's needs and educates leaders on best solutions to meet desired results. Measures the impact of initiatives and reports results and trends regularly to senior leadership. Ensures Homewood's mission, values and talent engagement philosophies are leveraged in recruitment as a nonprofit, faith-based organization.

1.Treats all information about applicants and co-workers as confidential information.

2.Complies with established Corporate and Departmental policies and procedures, and maintains established standards and practices.

3.Manages and introduces recruitment marketing and talent attraction strategies to increase talent/candidate pipeline for all positions to provide a competitive advantage.

4.Promotes Homewood's culture, reputation and attractiveness as a great employment opportunity. Assists with Homewood's brand presence and works with internal communication and marketing team members to build verbal and visual messaging to support employer brand.

5.Responsible for talent attraction metrics and analytics displaying results from advertising efforts (ROI).

6.Creates and publishes blogs, co-worker testimonials and creates videos for social sharing.

7.Collaborates with the VP of Sales and Marketing and the facility marketing teams to ensure the talent brand is distinct yet integrated with Homewood's overall brand.

8.Maintains and directs vendor relationships connected to recruitment marketing functions, including selection and performance of selected recruitment marketing agencies.

9.Travels to the different Homewood communities in implementing the marketing recruitment strategies.

10.Directs and implements programs and platforms relevant to talent attract needs, social media, career sites, job boards, sourcing initiatives, talent content marketing and early career programs and/or platforms.

11.Partners with hiring managers in understanding required position responsibilities, knowledge, and competencies regarding job requirements.

12.At times, reviews resumes, screens, interviews, identifies whether candidates meet requirements, schedules candidates for interviews with hiring managers, facilitates debriefs on candidates, initiates reference checks and background checks.

13.Nurtures, engages and converts candidates with SEO, e-mail and text campaigns, engages with passive candidates regarding job opportunities.

14.Assists in the creation of pipelines of future applicants through the ATS recruitment marketing, referrals, references and social media sources.

15.Establishes and maintains professional relationships with external stakeholders like colleges and local organizations to engage in recruitment. Provides continuous networking with internal and external sources to identify potential candidates.

16.Keeps up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations.

17.Consults/advises and reviews with hiring manager(s), Human Resources, and candidates regularly on the status of the open position.

18.Performs other functions as directed by the supervisor.

1.Minimum of 3 years full life-cycle recruitment/marketing experience in a high-volume organization, agency or executive search firm.

2.Degree in human resources management or a related field preferred.

3.Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of positions.

4.Ability to optimize the ATS.

5.Has a robust social media presence and leverages it to maximize applicant pipeline.

6.Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

7.Willingness to use cold or warm calling methods to recruit or research potential applicants.

8.Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and social media applications.

9.The ability to conduct interviews and discern desired applicant soft skills.

10.Ability to read, write and understand English well in a concise and accurate manner, and ability to write creative ads.

11.Advanced planning and time management skills: detail-oriented.

12.Excellent analytical skills to track metrics and interpret data for strategic recruiting campaigns.

13.An articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication, both verbal and written, and presentation skills.
