Job Description:
Director, Mainstreet Finance Capital One is seeking a
culture-led, results-driven, and strategic Director of Mainstreet
Card Finance. This individual will lead a team of financial
analysts. This individual will work directly with the Card
(Business) Leadership Team, the Card Finance Leadership Team, and
key senior leaders across Finance disciplines including Corporate
Planning, Accounting, Balance Sheet & Capital Planning and
Corporate Development. The Mainstreet Card business generates
meaningful returns for Domestic Card and total Company. This role
entails strong cross-functional engagement, deep analytic
capabilities, and the ability to leverage data to influence
decisions, as well as needing to motivate and drive team agendas. A
successful candidate will be able to… Be a strategic thought

analytical insights into business performance, the P&L and the

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience At least
10 years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A),
Business Analysis, Management Consulting, or a combination At least
4 years’ experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis
(FP&A) function At least 3 years of people management
experience Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Business
Administration (MBA) or Finance Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license 12 years’
experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business
Analysis, Management Consulting, or a combination 5 years’
experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
function 4 years of people management experience including both
direct & indirect reports At this time, Capital One will not

position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for
this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this
salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work
within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One
is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for
part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number
of hours to be regularly worked. McLean, VA: $206,000 - $235,100
for Director, Financial Management Richmond, VA: $187,300 -
$213,700 for Director, Financial Management Candidates hired to
work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated
with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered
to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in
the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn
performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash
bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be
discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan. Capital
