With locations all over the US and global affiliates worldwide, we are dedicated learners that seek first to understand, then to serve.Seeking an Accountant with 3-6 years of Tax and Audit experience, with exposure to various audits, tax and accounting areas.Job Duties:Preparation of Financial statements (bookkeeping) using Accounting CS or QuickBooks) for clients - monthly, quarterlyPrepare sales tax returns - monthly, quarterly for different states and make pre-paymentsPrepare tax returns - individual, corporation, partnership, non-profitPrepare payroll returns - quarterlyPrepare business property taxRepresentation of clients' businesses before Federal and all States Tax authorities for audit and examinationPreparation of Audited financials of 401k and other Employees' Pension plans of the business entitiesInternational tax filing and compliancesAnother task from time to timeMust be computer literate with excellent communication skills.About Chugh LLP, CPA:We are a full-service Law and CPA firm based in 22 offices in USA and India.
