This role will support the financial planning process of the company including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

• Provide data and analysis to support decisions made by the Senior Leadership Team
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve financial performance
• Prepare annual budgets and regular forecasts
• Prepare monthly financial and board reporting packages
• Analyze investment opportunities (strategic initiatives, projects, partnerships, M&A, etc.)
• Respond to shareholder inquiries
• Provide strategic leadership, direct, coach, and develop staff to achieve performance goals and company objectives
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiativesWhat do you need to stand out
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to evaluate options and implement solutions
  • Ability to develop and manage processes that are effective and efficient
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage business leaders and peers
  • Strong ability to deliver information in a clear and concise manner across all levels of the organization
  • High level of financial acumen coupled with a hands-on attitude
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously are essential
  • Bachelor's degree required (Accounting, Finance, or Economics)
  • Master's degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, and/or Business)
