Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst to join a fortune 500 Automotive Company!



Salary Range: $40hr - $42hr or $83K yr salary



ON SITE 2 DAYS A WEEK- Herndon, VA

W2 ONLY ***** NO C2C ****



Role Responsibilities: List essential functions in order of importance; include percentage of time spent performing each function (total should equal 100%)



Development and Management of Departmental Programs - 50% of time

• Align automotive Dealer Operating Standards - communicate and track progress

• Manage Business Fundamentals (BF) Program - monthly and annual tracking; propose, implement and evaluate BF changes, aligning with AoA business needs

• Implement and maintain departmental data integrations for use by AoA stakeholders, leveraging Tableau and other programs to drive success for the future

• Ensure operational excellence through enrollment and adherence of various Network Development plans such as the General Manager program, Magna Elite, Dealer Operating standards, Margin Bonus, Sales Reporting and Audit activities, and EV readiness

Advance and drive adoption for Network Development technologies - 30% of time

• Coordinate and collaborate with AoA team members to ensure proper on-boarding, compliance and performance with the Contact Reporting system (ACRS) and Safety Culture (assessment tool)

• Work closely with vendors to develop enhancements and/or introduce new technologies that will improve efficiency, lower costs and drive customer satisfaction for Dealers and AoA

Compliance and Operational Alignment - 20% of time

• Assist leadership with the creation, communication and enforcement of policies and procedures (Dealer Operating Standards, Assessment Guide, Retail Capacity Guides, Sales Reporting Policy, etc.)

• Collaborate with associates on enterprise-wide initiatives designed to create and promote synergies

• Ensure Network Development financial obligations and expenditures are handled accurately and in a timely manner



Years of Experience: Minimum years of experience needed.

• 1-5 years



Education

Required

• Bachelors Degree (preferred Business-related field such as Accounting, Finance, or Business Management) • MBA

• PMP certification
